Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in product management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of product initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather and translate requirements into actionable product features.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of product decisions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
• Maintain and update product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and roadmaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6-7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development life cycle.
• Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex product challenges.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and working with design teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are a plus
