Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Owner for FIDO-enabled debit card initiatives, owning backlog prioritization and delivery.
  • Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with design, engineering, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure requirements are well understood and executable.
  • Define acceptance criteria, user stories, and success metrics to guide development.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives).
  • Oversee end-to-end testing, validation, and pilot phases to ensure solutions meet functional and security requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to secure authentication and payments.
  • Support change management, communication, and training efforts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor implementation progress, resolve blockers, and escalate risks/issues where needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in digital identity, authentication, or fraud prevention technologies.
  • Experience implementing biometric authentication solutions in financial services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards related to payment security (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2, FFIEC guidelines).
  • Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) or similar Agile credentials
