About the job
Drive product enhancements that increase customer value, create efficiencies, and grow revenue.
Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and customers to define, develop, and refine complex software product requirements.
Maintain and manage the product Vision, Roadmap, and Backlog with transparency and strategic alignment.
Define, clarify, and prioritize user stories; ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent, prioritized, and understood by all stakeholders.
Gather and analyze customer requirements to advise on product features and strategic direction.
Present and demonstrate product solutions to external groups and customers as needed.
Apply deep understanding of client needs to support critical systems and projects.
Mentor team members on Agile/Scrum best practices and iterative software development.
Guide teams in implementing optimal Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban).
Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
4+ years of hands-on experience with at least one RPA toolset (e.g., Workfusion, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Proven experience with Agile tools such as JIRA or VersionOne.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative software development. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead Agile teams.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
Agile Product Owner Certification is required.
