Product Owner

Key Skills: Product Owner, Agile

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, marketing) to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
• Write clear, actionable user stories and ensure they are well-understood by development teams
• Ensure the product vision and strategy are translated into actionable tasks and deliverables for the development team
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) to maintain effective communication and progress tracking
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates, releases, and roadmap progress
• Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business impact
• Continuously review and refine the product backlog to reflect evolving business priorities and market conditions
• Work closely with the Product Manager (if applicable) to ensure the product aligns with broader business objectives and customer needs

Skills Required:

• 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, marketing, etc.)
• Ability to translate business goals into clear, actionable user stories
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Aha!)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IDP, Document Processing, AI, process mining
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and data analytics
• Certification in CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
