We are actively hiring a highly experienced Product Owner with hands-on experience in Retail POS systems to lead enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. This is a client-critical role requiring immediate onboarding and full-cycle delivery ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product roadmap and full delivery lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Retail, IT, and Business Ops teams to gather & prioritize requirements
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage product backlog
  • Translate business goals into actionable user stories and epics
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and C-level stakeholders
  • Track KPIs, project budgets, and ensure timely delivery
  • Support UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support

Top 10 Must-Have Skills:

  • ✅ POS (Point-of-Sale) systems expertise
  • ✅ Retail domain knowledge (store ops, omni-channel, etc.)
  • ✅ Product ownership in Agile/Scrum environments
  • ✅ Project management & stakeholder coordination
  • ✅ ERP/CRM/Inventory systems integration
  • ✅ Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana
  • ✅ Risk and issue tracking with mitigation planning
  • ✅ Excellent documentation and communication
  • ✅ Vendor coordination & offshore team collaboration
  • ✅ Experience delivering under tight timelines and scope

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 12–15 years in Retail or Tech Project Management roles
  • PMP / CSM / Prince2 certifications preferred
