Product Operations Manager

Primary Focus Areas (80%)​
Production Support: 
∙Address production issues and coordinate resolution. 
∙Monitor performance and SLAs. 
DAART (Digital Products Board) Approvals & Governance: 
∙Manage DAART workflows and ensure compliance. 
∙Collaborate with legal, security, and data teams. 
Go-to-Market (G2M) Execution: 
∙Support launch readiness and cross-functional coordination. 
∙Maintain G2M plans and timelines. 

Secondary Focus Areas (15%)​
Budget Management: 
∙Track budgets and assist in planning. 
Vendor Management: 
∙Oversee vendor contracts. 

Qualifications: 
∙3–5 years in product operations or program management. 
∙Strong organizational and communication skills. 
∙Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau
