We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for franchise and distributor-based businesses. The ideal candidate will drive go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging to support CRM adoption within distributed business models. This role requires a blend of market analysis, product storytelling, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement to drive product awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market & Customer Insights:

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in CRM for franchise and distributor networks.
  • Gather insights from franchise owners, distributors, and end users to inform product positioning and enhancements.
  • Analyze data to identify market opportunities and customer pain points.

2. Product Positioning & Messaging:

  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging tailored for franchise and distributor business models.
  • Articulate the value proposition of CRM solutions to different stakeholders, including franchisors, franchisees, distributors, and sales teams.
  • Create marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers) that resonate with target audiences.

3. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for CRM products catering to franchise and distributor ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with product management to define key differentiators and launch strategies.
  • Plan and oversee product launches, including webinars, events, and digital campaigns.

4. Sales Enablement:

  • Create sales playbooks, training materials, and competitive battle cards for sales teams.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate sales teams on CRM benefits for franchises and distributors.
  • Work closely with account managers and business development teams to ensure effective positioning in customer conversations.

5. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution:

  • Partner with digital marketing teams to design campaigns targeting franchise and distributor networks.
  • Leverage content marketing, SEO, paid media, and events to drive lead generation.
  • Measure and optimize marketing campaign performance using analytics and KPIs.

6. Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration:

  • Develop co-marketing initiatives with CRM partners, franchise associations, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with third-party technology providers to enhance CRM integrations for franchises and distributors.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, CRM, or related software solutions.
  • Deep understanding of franchise and distributor business models, challenges, and CRM use cases.
  • Proven success in product positioning, messaging, and GTM execution.
  • Strong ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product management, and demand generation teams.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or industry-specific CRMs is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience marketing CRM solutions in multi-location, multi-channel business environments.
  • Knowledge of lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and automation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
