Responsibilities
- Lead GTM Strategy & Execution: Define and execute launch strategies for new ONO product features and updates, with a focus on improving awareness and driving adoption through client-owned surfaces.
- Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling, user-centric positioning and messaging that educates and engages customers across in-app messaging, email, push, and landing experiences.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to deeply understand the technical landscape, customer signals, and feature impact.
- Channel-Specific Campaigns: Tailor campaigns for ONO channels, leveraging customer data to deliver highly personalized and timely experiences.
- Financial Impact Analysis: Link product marketing initiatives to business outcomes through data-driven reporting and ROI modeling.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Test and iterate on messaging and GTM strategies across ONO placements to drive higher engagement, sign-ups, and retention.
- Collaboration with Merchandising/Fandom: Partner with internal content and brand teams to align messaging with cultural moments and fandom trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product management roles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies that drive user adoption of technical or software-based products.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting large data sets and making data-informed decisions.
- Comfort working closely with engineers, data scientists, and PMs to bring technical products to market.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing in eCommerce, mobile apps, or personalization technologies.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing across push, email, and in-app messaging.
- Experience marketing products across Android, iOS, desktop, and connected devices.
- Knowledge of experimentation frameworks and performance metrics.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
