Description

Gain a deep understanding of Provider’s needs 

Work closely with Provider’s clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather, prioritize, and document Provider requirements for the HCMACS Enterprise EHR Solution 

Become the advocate for the Providers to the Systems Integrator with regards to enhancements, issues and other items 

Collaborate with the Systems Integrator to define and communicate the roadmap for the HCMACS Enterprise EHR Solution 

Maintain timely communication with stakeholders so all are informed about progress, changes, and key decision

Qualifications:

 3-5 years’ experience with Epic Community Connect Program, including their functionalities and configurations § Proven understanding of healthcare operations and workflows 

Experience collecting and managing requirements from multiple customers/clients 

 Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including clinical staff, administrative personnel, and IT teams 

 Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
