Key Responsibilities
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and manage the product roadmap for Syncrofy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize new features and enhancements.
• Customer & Market Insights: Conduct customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities for new features or product lines. Gather feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to drive product development.
• Feature Development & Management: Define and document detailed product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering teams throughout the development process to ensure successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to provide product expertise, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful product adoption.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and track the performance of Syncrofy features and products post-launch. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Product Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine product messaging, ensuring Syncrofy’s value proposition resonates with target audiences, including buyers, sellers, and those managing complex supply chains.
• AI Integration: Oversee the integration of AI-powered features, such as the Predicted Ship Date functionality, ensuring the product stays on the cutting edge of industry trends.
• Compliance & Operational Features: Continuously evaluate customer needs regarding supply chain compliance (e.g., OTIF) and operational challenges, ensuring Syncrofy provides innovative solutions.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in defining and executing on new product initiatives and ensure alignment across departments
Any Graduate
