Required Skills:  

experience creating solutions for CRM business applications, particularly salesforce.com In depth knowledge of Marketing related business process flows. Experience with Marketing Automation applications, especially email marketing apps Bachelors Degree, with related information systems experience -Background in business process analysis, requirements and design, as well as data modeling and detailed functional design. Knowledge of analyzing process flows and working with teams to identify and analyze process improvement opportunities. Experience with end-user usability best practices for SFA systems -Excellent project management skills, with experience project managing a high visibility IT project. Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment - Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment –

Desired Skills -Excellent, creative problem-solving skills Experience taking a consultative approach with clients or internal customers . Experience working on online registration apps a plus Vast experience with salesforce.com[http://salesforce.com] application and platform. 5+ Years of experience required
