Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager with a strong background in product development. Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from concept and design to launch and post-launch improvements.
• Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer pain points to inform product strategy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to continually improve the product and deliver a superior user experience.
• Product Performance: Track and report product performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Problem Solving: Address product issues and roadblocks proactively, ensuring the timely resolution of challenges during development.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in successfully managing and launching products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in product development within a tech or SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of user research, UX/UI design, and data analysis tools.
