  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to launch high-quality solutions efficiently, iterating quickly based on feedback and data
  • Conduct deep user research (both internally and externally) to build empathy and identify key pain points and opportunities for innovation
  • Define clear product requirements, set success metrics, and prioritize work based on business value and strategic alignment
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, clinical experts, and compliance teams to ensure product viability and adherence to healthcare standards
  • Develop and track KPIs, partnering with data teams to extract insights and guide decision-making
  • Identify emerging opportunities to strengthen the platform’s scalability, performance, and overall impact

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 4–7 years in product management, ideally within digital health, marketplaces, or high-growth tech environments
  • Domain Knowledge: Either strong exposure to healthcare systems or a technical foundation with a genuine interest in healthcare innovation
  • Approach: Data-informed, user-centric, and passionate about improving patient and provider experiences
  • Communication: Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; ability to distill complex issues and drive clarity
  • Work Style: Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous settings
  • Team Fit: Collaborative, low-ego contributor with a strong sense of ownership and emotional intelligence
