Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for major initiatives across a robust virtual care platform — from initial concept through scale and optimization
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to launch high-quality solutions efficiently, iterating quickly based on feedback and data
- Conduct deep user research (both internally and externally) to build empathy and identify key pain points and opportunities for innovation
- Define clear product requirements, set success metrics, and prioritize work based on business value and strategic alignment
- Work cross-functionally with operations, clinical experts, and compliance teams to ensure product viability and adherence to healthcare standards
- Develop and track KPIs, partnering with data teams to extract insights and guide decision-making
- Identify emerging opportunities to strengthen the platform’s scalability, performance, and overall impact
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4–7 years in product management, ideally within digital health, marketplaces, or high-growth tech environments
- Domain Knowledge: Either strong exposure to healthcare systems or a technical foundation with a genuine interest in healthcare innovation
- Approach: Data-informed, user-centric, and passionate about improving patient and provider experiences
- Communication: Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; ability to distill complex issues and drive clarity
