Manage the product roadmap for CICD processes and modernization efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Drive innovation by leading the transition to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across the CICD ecosystem.
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to gather and prioritize requirements for both day-to-day operations and long-term improvements.
Ensure that best practices for security, scalability, and performance are integrated throughout the CICD process lifecycle.
Represent the CICD Product team across the organization and externally with clients and vendors.

Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to keep CICD practices at the cutting edge.
Ensure that best practices for security, scalability, and performance are integrated throughout the CICD process lifecycle.
Represent the CICD Product team across the organization and externally with clients and vendors.

Qualifications:
Proven Product Manager experience in leading product management for CICD systems, DevOps, or related technical domains.
Strong technical background with experience in cloud platformsand Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
In-depth knowledge of CICD tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI), as well as containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience building and refining deployment pipelines for large-scale distributed systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience with modern DevOps practices, including automation, orchestration, and continuous monitoring.
Experience with integrating security and compliance into the CICD pipeline (DevSecOps).
Proven experience working within Agile development frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), leading sprints, and using tools like Jira or Trello.
Strong understanding of API integration and how CICD systems interact with broader cloud and infrastructure components.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to ensure the reliability of CICD pipelines.
Experience managing via influence.
Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, product management, or equivalent, and/or other work experience in a technical setting preferred.
Heavy work in CI/CD-DevOps space is primary key
