Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with 5–10 years of experience in Agile environments, ideally within the IT retail industry. 

This role is responsible for managing product development processes, facilitating integration discussions, and supporting engineering teams in execution. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with global stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and applying critical thinking to solve complex problems.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, with a focus on Agile delivery.
  • Facilitate discussions around system integrations and support engineers by addressing technical questions and clarifying requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders across geographies—especially hands-on partners in Europe and less-involved teams in the U.S.—to align product vision and execution.
  • Prioritize feature backlogs based on business needs and technical feasibility; push back when necessary to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure transparency and effective communication.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.


 

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Product Manager, focused on managing product development processes rather than people.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in IT retail environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience with Agile SAFe framework.
  • Background in workforce management solutions such as WorkJam, ThinkTime, or Reflexis.
  • Experience handling cross-functional teams and complex integration scenarios
