Job Description:

  • Knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives).
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and Business / Operations Readiness
  • Monitor systems production health and act swiftly when issues arise that may impact customer experience or the business
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
