Key Responsibilities

 

  • Execute and help shape the product vision for Paid Social and Influencer Marketing

     

within the retail media ecosystem—aligning with Social Commerce and Retail Media

product strategies as well as market opportunity and customer needs.

 

  • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery for new capabilities for social

     

commerce at retailers, such as retailer handle integration, performance tracking, 3P

platform integrations, and measurement.

 

  • Partner with our Social Commerce platform teams to enable paid social programs that

     

scale on social platforms like Meta, Tiktok, Google, and Pinterest to enable self-service

paid social automation.

 

  • Drive integration strategies for influencer content within on-site, off-site, retailer paid

     

social, and in-store experiences, leveraging first-party data and creator content.

 

  • In conjunction with Measurement Products and Analytics teams, develop measurement

     

frameworks that demonstrate ROI, including incrementality, attribution, and

cross-channel lift.

 

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Account Teams to develop compelling value

     

propositions, go-to-market materials, and client enablement tools. Regularly participate

in sales calls with brands and retailers to collect voice of customer.

 

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new product opportunities and

     

maintain competitive differentiation in the retail media landscape.

Required Qualifications

 

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on social

     

media advertising and/or influencer marketing.

 

  • Understanding of the retail media ecosystem, including how brands activate media

     

across retailer-owned and paid social/influencer channels.

 

  • Experience working with or integrating platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok

     

Business, Google Ads (YouTube).

 

  • Familiarity with first-party data activation, identity resolution, and closed-loop

     

measurement.

 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience defining KPIs and using

     

data to inform product direction.

 

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver products in fast-paced, agile

     

environments.

 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

     

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience in or with retailers, CPG brands, or ad tech/martech platforms and products.
  • Familiarity with ad serving, DSPs, or media buying platforms.
  • Background working with influencer content moderation, creator partnerships, or UGC

     

compliance.

 

  • Knowledge of emerging trends in social commerce, shoppable media, and creator

     

economy dynamics.

 

  • Bachelor's degree required; product management certifications and training a plus
