• 10+ years of experience in a technical production support lead role with expertise in Retail POS systems.
• Expertise in API development & integration
• Troubleshooting in a production environment.
• Experience with incident management, monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk), and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder and vendor interaction
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies(Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
• Experience with PredictSpring or any other Cloud POS solutions.
• Knowledge of Rust programming language.
• Hands-on experience with Retail ERP integrations
