Product Designers

Job Description:

6-8 years of experience in designing delightful SaaS or similar products
Strong visual, UI/UX, and data visualization skills
Experience in building and maintaining large design systems in Figma.
Good communication skills to present your work and collaborate with various stakeholders
Ability to work and thrive within an ambiguous technical space
Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with the technicalities and constraints of the web.
Possesses basic understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript
Desire to play a direct role in growing our company and improving our product

Responsibilities

Transform complex information into simple design solutions and exceptional user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and products
Proactively request and provide feedback from design\product\engineering teams to continuously deliver exceptional product experience.
Conduct user testing and research to understand customer behaviour and expectations
Design, Document and maintain Aquera's Design Systems to adapt to features and products.
Develop a deep understanding of competitive and complementary products.
