Position: Product Analytics Lead/Data Analytics Lead (Hybrid)

Location:  Hartford, CT - Hybrid 

Contract: 6 Months

Need LOCAL candidates. 

About the job 

Skills:

7-10 years’ experience overall.

5+ years in Reporting and Data analytics

Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with data management practices, including data cleaning and transformation.

Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying.

Leading a team of analysts, ensuring data accuracy, and translating business needs into actionable insights through data-driven reports and dashboards.

Developing and implementing a comprehensive reporting framework that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Evaluating and selecting appropriate reporting and analytics tools, ensuring their effective integration and utilization by the team.

Health Care experience - preferred 

Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Examine data to find significant customer insights and potential uses for the information

Lead a small team of data analysts, and collaborating with product and technology teams to align reporting needs with strategic objectives

Translating business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and data analysis
