Job Title: Process Engineer - Enterprise Risk Management 

Location: Baltimore , MD - Hybrid 

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support its Enterprise Risk Management team within the Transformation Office—a strategic shared services function handling high-priority projects. This role focuses on streamlining and re-engineering global incident management processes across 15+ incident types, including IT security, operational risks, resilience, and other related areas. With an international, cross-functional scope, this initiative requires a highly experienced process engineer to drive efficiency and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and refine incident management workflows, ensuring efficiency across a global framework.

Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, ensuring alignment and seamless execution.

Apply Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational resilience and incident escalation processes.

Qualifications & Preferences

Experience

Strong process engineering expertise in large enterprise environments.

Specialized knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.

Six Sigma Black Belt preferred

Financial industry experience is a plus but not required.

Education

A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, but experience weighs more heavily.
