Process Design Analyst (Cyber Security)

Note: We are looking for Sr Process Design Analyst with 10 + Yrs of exp.
 
Design, document, and optimize cybersecurity processes to enhance the banks threat detection, response, and prevention capabilities.
Identify inefficiencies within current cybersecurity operations and implement streamlined workflows.
Align process design with technical capabilities, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.
Analyze security operations processes to identify gaps and develop corrective action plans.
Apply Lean Six Sigma tools & techniques (e.g., 5S, VSM, FMEA, Gap Analysis) to recommend end-to-end business operations and technology improvements.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on quality (e.g., LSS) industry best practices and infuse practical application into day-to-day business.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of newly implemented processes and iterate as needed to maintain optimal performance and overall sustainability.
Serve as a key player on the Process Quality (PQ) team, part of Product Transformation & Management (PTM), and work collaboratively across partner teams and assigned customers as the business requires
