Principle Dynatrace Consultant

Lead the migration of observability tools to Dynatrace, including planning, execution, and validation.
Replace legacy tools such as Splunk (for logging) and New Relic (for RUM/APM) with Dynatrace equivalents.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices for monitoring, alerting, and telemetry.
Configure Dynatrace features such as: 
Real User Monitoring (RUM)
Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
Logging on Grail
AI-based anomaly detection
SLO/Error Budget tracking
Develop and maintain telemetry pipelines, dashboards, and alerting configurations.
Integrate Dynatrace with third-party tools (e.g., GitHub, Harness, SonarQube).
Establish governance frameworks and observability standards.
Provide training and enablement to internal teams for long-term platform adoption.
Proven experience in observability tool migrations and change management.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Dynatrace certifications (Associate, Professional, or higher) preferred.
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
