·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
·        8+ years of experience in a business or technology-facing role
·        Strong knowledge of UKG/KRONOS platforms and related integration tools 
·        Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
·        Experience with Agile methodologies and systems development lifecycles
