Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assess manual processes and design efficient, modern alternatives to reduce manual toil.
  • Ensure seamless integration of all components within the automation system.
  • Debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to share ideas and solutions, fostering strong communication.
  • Optimize highly manual and administrative operational work to enhance service delivery.
  • Work closely with engineers in business units to creatively solve problems and address pain points.
  • Participate in a squad focused on building solutions that improve operational efficiency and compliance automation.

Skills Required:

  • 16+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation and system integration.
  • Must-Have: Strong expertise in Golang with hands-on experience in automation and system integration.
  • Nice-to-Have: Working knowledge of Javascript and Kubernetes for full-stack contributions and container orchestration.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
