- Take charge of identifying, sourcing, and delivering data insights for our marketers and merchandisers.
- Deliver targeted messages at the perfect moment, using time windows over streaming data.
- Independently lead product and platform discovery, delivery, value measurement, and ongoing iterative improvement.
- Define the metrics to supervise platform success, including velocity, reliability, and performance – both for our platform itself and for the communications and campaigns sent through the platform.
- Guide our investment plan for 1st and 3rd party tools in each component of the MarTech stack.
- Discover and evangelize new opportunities for Generative AI and machine learning to improve our customer engagement outcomes.
Your experience should include...
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Strong experience of Customer handling and customer facing required
- 3+ years of experience using industry-leading marketing technology and data pipeline platforms and services on a >10M customer user base.
- Experience with platforms for parallel, distributed processing of data for both batch and streaming use cases, such as Apache Beam and Flink.
- Proficiency in managing the entire lifecycle of internal platforms and tools, including incorporating feedback from collaborators, driving prioritization, and implementing pre/post-launch activities.
- Engagement with software engineering, data engineering, business analysts, and operators on end-to-end system design from API and platform-level requirements to UX for self-service interaction with your platform and tools
