Principal Network Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale IP network modernization projects across federal agencies.
• Architect end-to-end solutions that integrate legacy systems with modern, scalable, and secure network infrastructures.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure alignment with mission objectives and compliance standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineering teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for network transformation initiatives.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise communications systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a lead architect in federal IP migration projects, including FBI or similar agencies.
• CCIE Collaboration certification (active).
• Deep expertise in large-scale network modernization and legacy system integration.
• Strong understanding of federal IT compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in secure, high-stakes environments
