Responsibilities:

Analyze client needs and develop tailored strategies to enhance customer centricity across various business functions.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate client teams on customer experience best practices and TMFORUM methodologies.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement customer centric initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
Provide expert guidance on the integration of customer experience metrics into business processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and TMFORUM developments to provide clients with cutting edge solutions.
Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive knowledge of TMFORUM Customer Centricity and Customer Experience frameworks.
Proven track record in consultancy roles, particularly in customer experience transformation.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in leading workshops and training sessions focused on customer experience improvement.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and their impact on customer experience.
Experience in the telecommunications or technology sectors.
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and customer feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
15+ years of experience in consultancy, with a focus on customer experience and customer centric strategies.
Proven experience working with TMFORUM standards and frameworks.
Relevant certifications in customer experience management or consultancy are a plus.
