Principal Architect-Oracle HCM

  • They have SMEs for each module now for Oracle HCM, such as benefits, HR, Comp, recruiting, etc.
  • This resource will oversee all of these SMEs and collaborate heavily to ensure all of their areas’ expectations are met.
  • Therefore, this role resource will have experience and knowledge in various Oracle HCM modules, as per below, and have good integration experience.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Solution Design: Architect comprehensive Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, and other modules, ensuring alignment with requirements and industry best practices.
Implementation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business and product teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities and best practices.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines. Be able to do POCs to demonstrate the capabilities.
Data Migration: Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM.
Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards, implementing necessary controls and measures.
Performance Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues related to implementations, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and deployment processes.
Training: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications:
 

  • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Solution Architect with a focus on Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, and other modules (4+ years).
  • 8+ years of overall experience with HCM/HR solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information Technology, or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Oracle HCM certifications.
    • Experience with cloud-based deployments.
    • Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to HCM systems.
    • Experience with PeopleSoft HR and Workforce Management solutions is a plus.
    • Knowledge of other emerging technologies like AI play for HCM space
