PowerPoint/Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

PowerPoint presentations:

• Collaborate with team members to understand the needs and goals of each presentation project
• Design and create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages and ideas ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Create presentation templates that are easy to use by nonexpert users, with all necessary branded elements -from layouts to fonts and tables- ready at their fingertips.
• Ensure that key presentations are clear, professional and on-brand, so that information is displayed clearly and effectively – whether working on existing slides to ensure they are well laid-out, clear and consistent, or taking a team’s initial concepts and providing a range of creative options from scratch.

Other design needs:

• Cater to and support other design needs of the company, from social media banners to event roll ups and flyers.
• Video editing and basic animations on Canva and/or Adobe Suite.

You’ll be expected to:

• Always protect and adhere to Cloud Odyssey’s brand guidelines.
• Work with the team to ensure our new branding is adopted across the organisation.
• Maintain a high standard of quality control.
• Keep the creative ideas flowing!

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a PowerPoint Designer or similar role
• Proven experience in PowerPoint design and visual design, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Ability to simplify complex information into visually digestible formats.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset and can-do attitude
• Comfortable handling a high volume of work to tight deadlines
