I'll say these are the need to haves:
• PowerBuilder 2019 to 2022 experience
• Sybase / SQL experience
• Good communication skills
• Able to give specific examples of things they've done
• Personality that will mesh with mine
• Demonstrates wanting to do things the right way

Nice to have:
• Local to the Addison office (but will take remote)
• C# of other object oriented programming experience
• Converting from PowerBuilder to c#
