Job Description/ Responsibilities:

·        We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. 
·        The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in MS POWER BI Administrator, MS Power BI Admin, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Service, Power BI Report Server. 
· 
This role is hybrid, with day shifts and no travel required. 
·

Responsibilities: 
·        Lead the design and implementation of Power BI solutions to meet business requirements. 
·        Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Power BI Report Server and Power BI Service. 
· 
Provide technical guidance and support to the team on Power BI administration and best practices.
·        Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI tools. 
· 
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
·        Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all Power BI solutions. 
· 
Optimize Power BI performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
· 
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
·        Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the teams Power BI skills. 
·        Work closely with other IT teams to integrate Power BI with other systems and data sources. 
·        Monitor and manage Power BI licenses and user access. 
·        Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of Power BI projects. 
·        Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures. 
Qualifications
·        Possess a strong background in Power BI Service and Power BI Report Server. 
· 
Demonstrate expertise in MS POWER BI Administrator and MS Power BI Admin.
· 
Have experience with Microsoft Fabric and its application in Power BI.
· 
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· 
Show proficiency in data modeling, DAX and Power Query.
·        Have strong communication and collaboration skills. 
·        Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 
Certifications Required : Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
