Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a Power Apps Center of Excellence.
• Guide cross-functional teams in defining and refining project requirements.
• Collaborate with collaborators to collect requirements and define user stories.
• Provide solutions for various use cases through collaborative efforts with different functions.
• Implement and advocate for Agile methodology sprints to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proficient in gathering requirements and advising clients on business solutions using Power Apps, SharePoint, Azure services, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for app design to ensure a user-centric approach.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead and encourage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Foster a collaborative environment where team members can share ideas and insights.
• Collaborate closely with collaborators to accurately capture and address their needs.
