Description

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online and On-Premises administration, site and content management.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Office 365 suite including OneDrive and Teams in an enterprise setup.
  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving SharePoint and Power Platform integration issues.
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for ticket tracking and incident management.
  • Experience in IIS administration, user documentation, and compliance best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, team collaboration, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot SharePoint (Online/On-Prem) and Power Platform environments.
  • Assist users with access issues, workflows, permissions, and application support.
  • Provide daily maintenance, performance monitoring, and system upgrades.
  • Create reports on usage analytics, issues, and incident resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Conduct user training sessions and respond to help desk support tickets.
