Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online and On-Premises administration, site and content management.
- Proficiency in Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with Office 365 suite including OneDrive and Teams in an enterprise setup.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving SharePoint and Power Platform integration issues.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for ticket tracking and incident management.
- Experience in IIS administration, user documentation, and compliance best practices.
- Strong communication skills, team collaboration, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot SharePoint (Online/On-Prem) and Power Platform environments.
- Assist users with access issues, workflows, permissions, and application support.
- Provide daily maintenance, performance monitoring, and system upgrades.
- Create reports on usage analytics, issues, and incident resolutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documents, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct user training sessions and respond to help desk support tickets.
