Key Responsibilities:
- Data & Application Management:
- Design and manage data models, data flows, integrations, and permissions within Dataverse and related platforms.
- Oversee app and flow deployments, environment configuration, and solution promotion through lifecycle stages.
- Perform version control, backup, and environment capacity management.
- Governance & Documentation:
- Establish and maintain documentation and internal standards for app development, data security, auditing, and user support.
- Monitor performance, conduct regular environment reviews, and enforce policy compliance.
- Technical Support & Communication:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and support platform adoption.
- Provide user support, technical troubleshooting, and guidance on Power Platform components.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 4+ years administering Power Apps (Canvas and model-driven), environment setup, app sharing, and permissions.
- 4+ years working with Dataverse (entity/field management, data modeling, roles, security).
- 3+ years with Power Automate (flow security, triggers/actions, gateway management).
- 3+ years with Azure Active Directory/Entra ID (user/group management, security controls).
- 2+ years with Power BI (workspace/dataset/report deployment, refresh scheduling, Power BI security).
- 2+ years implementing Power Platform governance (data loss prevention, environment strategy, auditing).
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- High customer service orientation
