Power Platform Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner and collaborate with business technology leaders and teams to develop solutions in Power Platform following best practices in cloud, development, transformation, and automation.
• Responsible for implementing technology processes and methodologies, managing supply/demand of technology resources in the Global Delivery Center in India.
• Develop scalable solutions adhering to WTW design and architecture guidelines, ensuring smooth operations, effective change management, and timely delivery of outcomes.
• Drive automation initiatives aligned with technology strategies and leverage modern architectural patterns.
• Spearhead the adoption and execution of best practices, contributing to Agile/Lean philosophy.
• Actively participate and execute on technology and business transformation workstreams.
• Establish governance cadence to measure, monitor KPIs, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Skills Required:

•  
  • 7-9 years of experience in Power Platform development.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, custom connectors, and Dataverse.
  • Proficiency in integrating Azure services like Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Event Hub, App Service, and Azure Blob Storage.
  • Expertise in API development using .NET 8/.NET 6, C#, SOAP, REST, OpenAPI Specification, and WSDL.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
