Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Solutions:
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps.
  • Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate (Flow).
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop chatbots and other AI-driven solutions using Power Virtual Agents.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement best practices for Power Platform development, including version control and code reviews.
• Training and Documentation:
  • Created and maintained comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including user guides and technical manuals.
  • Train end-users and support deployed solutions to ensure effective adoption and usage.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Experience in integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft services such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and APIs.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications:
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the automotive industry or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with principles or similar lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
