Develop and implement a solution to push purchase orders (POs) directly from Outlook into the Sage 100 ERP system.
Automate the current manual order entry process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Utilize MS Power Automate (within Microsoft 365) to link Outlook and Sage ERP, translating data into an Excel document that can be uploaded into Sage 100.
Work with AI Builder within Power Automate to enhance data processing and integration workflows.
Use Visual Integrator in Sage 100 ERP to ensure smooth data transfers between systems.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Experience with integrating third-party systems (Outlook and Sage 100 ERP).
Familiarity with Sage 100 ERP, especially Visual Integrator.
Knowledge of using AI Builder in Power Automate for data transformation and automation.
Experience with automating processes and reducing manual entry tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create innovative solutions for data integration.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Excel-based data processing.
Familiarity with other ERP systems or CRM integrations.
Experience working in a remote, part-time capacity
