Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a solution to push purchase orders (POs) directly from Outlook into the Sage 100 ERP system.
  • Automate the current manual order entry process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Utilize MS Power Automate (within Microsoft 365) to link Outlook and Sage ERP, translating data into an Excel document that can be uploaded into Sage 100.
  • Work with AI Builder within Power Automate to enhance data processing and integration workflows.
  • Use Visual Integrator in Sage 100 ERP to ensure smooth data transfers between systems.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Experience with integrating third-party systems (Outlook and Sage 100 ERP).
  • Familiarity with Sage 100 ERP, especially Visual Integrator.
  • Knowledge of using AI Builder in Power Automate for data transformation and automation.
  • Experience with automating processes and reducing manual entry tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create innovative solutions for data integration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Excel-based data processing.
  • Familiarity with other ERP systems or CRM integrations.
  • Experience working in a remote, part-time capacity
