• CRM homegrown--PowerApps for sales team, PowerBI dashboard built for sales team
 Signed and integrating HubSpot, sales dashboard is getting replaced with this
• Sage300 ERP--hybrid in datacenter, moving to CMIC SaaS ERP for accounting functionality

o What it's going to take to extend and harden system/platform--limited options in power platform
• Gaps that we see and what it would take to harden/close them, how long it would take
o What does it look like to integrate with some of the things coming down the pipe/can we even do that?
