Power Platform Admin

Technical/Functional Skills:-
Data Platform tools (Power BI, Power Platform, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics).
•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•  5+ years of experience in Power BI administration and data management.
•  Proven experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable Power BI solutions.
•  Strong understanding of data security, governance, and user access management.
•  Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
•  Proficiency in SQL queries is a plus.
•  Experience with Teradata, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure cloud services is a plus.
 

Roles & Responsibilities:-
•  Configure, secure, and optimize our Power Platform environment to meet user needs and business requirements.
•  Ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and security through advanced techniques and tools, including managing on-premises gateways, establishing secure data connections, and optimizing queries.
•  Manage user access, permissions, and roles, address support requests, and troubleshoot system issues.
•  Implement and enforce data security policies, manage backup and recovery strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
•  Create insightful reports and dashboards from diverse data sources, accessible on any device.
•  Partner with internal stakeholders to understand data needs, provide best practices, and foster strong relationships.
•  Leverage Power BI APIs, manage software certifications, perform system maintenance, and collaborate on feature enablement with Microsoft professionals.
•  Utilize Power Automate for service alerts.
•  Manage custom visuals and connectors.
•  Oversee user and group management, including scheduled reports.
•  Assist with managing Azure cloud services related to Power BI.
