Power BI Lead

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those Analysing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
• Implement data cleansing and data quality processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish.
• Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
• Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
• Skilled in Analyses Service, building Tabular & Multidimensional models (OLAP, Cubes) on top of DW/ DM/DB.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in visual reporting development, including hands-on development of analytics dashboards and working with complex data sets.
• Minimum of 6 years of Power BI development experience / SQL Server expertise
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills / Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
