Power BI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with deep expertise in Advanced Power BI Development, SQL, and Excel to drive data visualization, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data engineering, ETL processes, and Agile development, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
  
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, optimize, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver meaningful business insights.
• Leverage advanced SQL for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Utilize Excel for data validation, modelling, and complex reporting needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver iterative solutions.
• Work with ETL pipelines and data engineering processes to ensure seamless data integration.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Manage project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Leverage Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration where applicable (without direct Azure development).
• Apply strong business and data analysis skills to interpret and present key insights effectively.
 

Required Skills:

Experience: 9+ years of Power BI Developer (Expert in Advanced Power BI, SQL & Excel)
• Advanced Power BI Development – Complex DAX, custom visuals, performance optimization.
• Expertise in SQL – Advanced query writing, performance tuning, and database optimization.
• Strong Excel Proficiency – Advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation.
• Data Engineering & ETL Knowledge – Experience with structured data processing.
• Agile Development Experience – Ability to work in Agile teams and deliver in sprints.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Strong ability to interact with business teams.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking – Ability to tackle complex data challenges effectively
