Power BI - Developer

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst or Developer with experience using Business Intelligence applications, specifically Power BI. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams within Global Investment Operations (“GIO”) to understand business and data requirements, assist in the development of dashboards and visualizations and provide functional support to teams within GIO to ensure the Power BI platform is used to its maximum potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing group and individual Power BI trainings on request
• Advancing GIO Lantern Project
o Participate in Lantern GIO Metrics project meetings including planning meetings with project team, requirements sessions with functional team stakeholders, and planning meetings with GIO technology
o Document project requirements
o Work with functional teams to develop metrics definition standards
o Work with project team to develop and refine project roadmap
o Liaise with technology to facilitate the creation of Power BI workspaces, licensing, and security roles for GIO functional teams
o Provide training and ad hoc support to ensure each team is able to proficiently use Power BI application and service
o Create and publish Power BI dashboards in support of GIO Lantern based on given user requirements
• Publish, curate, and socialize Power BI training materials
• Manage Power BI platform centralized information hub including maintaining site content and adding upcoming event information
• Troubleshoot issues and queries from GIO stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Investment Operations experience is a plus
