Power BI Developer

We at are hiring Power BI Developer with the following skillset:

• At least 8-10years of hands-on experience using PowerBI. Experience in Aviation/Hospitality industry is a plus.
• Experience with development in Power BI Report Builder, Power BI Desktop and Power BI Online
• In depth knowledge building dynamic measures using advanced DAX techniques
• Knowledge of data mashups and transformations using Power Query/M language
• Experience with External Tools such as Tabular Editor, Dax Studio ALM Toolkit
• Experience designing and developing datasets to ensure ease of use and minimal knowledge by the end users for self service
• Experience managing Power BI Workspaces, Datasets reports and Dashboards
• Experience managing and implementing Power BI development pipelines
• Strong understanding of Power BI application security layer models, row-Level Security, Restricting Sharing and Publishing, Restricting Export and Printing
• Knowledge with Power BI tenant and workspace management for development, testing and deployment processes
• Knowledge of Power BI Premium Capacities and Workspace Group Management.

Other Skills
DATA MODELING:

• Experience with and understanding of data modeling concepts, techniques and best practices
• Designs data models to identify trends and analyze issues to improve business processes
• SQL
• SQL knowledge, including writing complex, performant queries to pull data from multiple platforms including SQL Server
• AZURE
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Analysis Services, and others
• Knowledge of deployment of cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure data services including Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL DB
