Power BI Developer

Job Title: Power BI Developer 

Location: Hybrid – Austin, TX
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join on a long-term project.
Texas State Government / Federal Agency project experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Build complex dimensional data models, dashboards & reports from scratch.
Visualize compelling data stories on Power BI report canvas.
Collaborate with teams to engineer agency-wide data solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts (Python, M, DAX).
Ensure high performance, scalability, and data accuracy.

 Minimum Qualifications
8+ yrs: Mastery in Data Analytics & Complex Reports
4+ yrs: Power BI dashboards & interactive reports
4+ yrs: Deep analysis with Power BI (Python, M, DAX)
1+ yr: Texas State Agency project experience (required)
Preferred: Git/BitBucket, SAS datasets, Jira, SAP/Tableau
