Power BI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Technical Lead with extensive experience in migrating from Tableau & SSRS to Power BI. Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that leverage Power BI’s capabilities, ensuring a seamless transition from Tableau & SSRS.

Key Responsibilities:
• Migration Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy from Tableau, SSRS to Power BI, including data source connections, visualization migration, and testing.
• Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable and efficient Power BI architectures that meet business requirements.
• Data Integration: Establish and manage data connections, ensuring data integrity and consistency across various sources.
• Dashboard Development: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring they meet user requirements and business goals.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Power BI.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process, architecture, and best practices"

Primary (Must have skills)*

"• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Experience with Tableau, SSRS and its migration to Power BI.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with at least 2 years of experience in migrating from Tableau to Power BI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Experience in managing BI projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI or other BI tools are a plus.""
