Power Automate developer

We are looking for a skilled Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to streamline processes, integrate systems, and enhance workflow efficiencies using Power Platform technologies. Experience Level: 5+ years of IT experience with 2+ years of relevant experience in Power Automate Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows). - Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions. - Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure, and third-party APIs. - Develop and manage RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Power Automate Desktop. - Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows to improve performance and efficiency. - Ensure security, governance, and compliance in Power Automate implementations. - Maintain documentation for automation solutions and provide user training as needed. - Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of overall IT experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power Automate. - Proficiency in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) and integration with Microsoft 365 applications. - Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OData, and custom connectors. - Strong understanding of RPA solutions and process automation. - Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance best practices in Power Platform. - Ability to analyse business processes and recommend automation improvements. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Power Apps and Power BI for end-to-end automation solutions. - Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Virtual Agents. - Basic programming knowledge in PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#. - Prior experience working on enterprise-level automation projects
