What's this role about?

We are seeking a skilled power platform architect who will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of digital-transformation solutions for our clients. Who will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Our mission is to empower businesses to streamline their processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive growth through cutting-edge Low-Code Automation and data-driven solutions. This is a senior-level position that requires robust technical capabilities, team spirit, and a customer-centric mindset.

Here's how you'll contribute:

· Conduct Architectural Evaluation, Design and Analysis of ***Enterprise wide systems.

· Ensure RPA Implementation Team delivers robust system solution to ***Operations.

· Develop, Enhance and Maintain established service design procedure and process to assure apt and robust Solution.

· Work closely with ***Enterprise Architect within Architecture Services team to assure constant compliance of Client's strategic blueprints and architecture.

· Head responsibility for ongoing suggestions and best practices for Power Automate Implementations, Custom Solutions, Product Support

· Collaborate with IT development team to assure architectural solutions could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation.

· Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives, and conduct solution recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations.

· Assist Sales and Pre-Sales team in their client conversations in order ensure maximum conversions and high-quality dialogue.

· Ensure testing assistance and guidance to Implementation Team.

· Prepare and present test plans, Solution Design, technical presentations, analyst briefings to respond to different Custom Solution deliverables.

Core Skills:

10+ years of experience in RPA tools, business process analysis, AI and Gen AI including process consulting, Product Management and Business Development.

· 5+ years proven experience in Power Platform with experience in other RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere

· Prior Experience on RFPs, RFQs, estimations and other similar Technical Documentation is a plus.

· Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and relational database design (Power Apps, Power Automate; (Power BI and Copilot agent are a plus).

· Proficient in integration technologies and creating solution designs.

· Advanced analytics and AI-driven insights

· Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.

· Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems, Process minded, Good Presentation and communication skills are essential.

· Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (preferred)
