Power Automate Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Automate Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of automated solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, along with strong experience in workflow automation, business process optimization, and integration with Microsoft and third-party applications. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI. Lead the development of workflow automation strategies to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs. Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in Power Platform implementations. Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to translate requirements into automation solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practice guidance to development teams. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Automate flows and solutions. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform advancements and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in workflow automation and business process automation. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and Power Platform tools. Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based automation solutions. Proficiency in integrating Power Automate with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and APIs. Knowledge of Dataverse, PowerApps, Power BI, and AI Builder. Experience in implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Power Automate Desktop. Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Webhooks. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance policies. Experience in scripting with PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or related certifications. Experience with AI and Machine Learning models within Power Platform. Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in automation projects.
