Power Apps Developer

About the Role:
Are you passionate about building intelligent, user-friendly business applications that drive real impact?
We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer to join our growing team in Nagpur or Pune. As part of a collaborative tech environment, you’ll lead the development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse—to empower business users and streamline operations.

What You’ll Do:
Develop scalable business apps using Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps
Automate workflows using Power Automate (Flow)
Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party APIs
Design and implement role-based security and access control
Build interactive Power BI dashboards to support analytics needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements
Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing Power Platform solutions
Stay up to date on the latest features and capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform
Document technical designs, solutions, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Power Apps development
Strong experience with Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Power BI
Proficient in Power Fx, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs
Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
